Cari is also a certified ISO/IEC 42001 Lead AI auditor and was recently the Vice Chair of the IEEE 3119:2025 Standard for the Procurement of AI.

Paul Taiwo, MBA, MSc, and Chartered Accountant, is a specialist in business intelligence, cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), technology risk, and internal audit. He brings expertise in integrating data-driven insights with robust risk management frameworks to strengthen organizational resilience and drive informed decision-making.

Tim is currently the Compliance Officer for Cyber, Regulatory, and Risk with MF Cyber. His career covers over 30 years in IT and Compliance Operations Management, leading organizations from start-ups to Fortune 1000s. He is currently on NIST’s Content Review Board, ISO Programme Committee Member on Privacy, Cloud Security Alliance AI Governance and Compliance Committee, and the NIH Privacy Advisory Council. Tim is also an adjunct professor with Vanderbilt University for the Cyber Security Program and Belmont University where he teaches Regulatory Compliance.

Andrew is the former Chief Risk & Compliance Officer of Albemarle Corporation. He has over 25 years of compliance experience, working in the Americas, Europe, and Australasia. During his time at Albemarle, Andrew built a new ethics & compliance program against the backdrop of a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigation. He is the CEO of Integrity Bridge, which offers strategic and operational support for compliance teams.
